Upcoming legal amendments and good market practices”, to be hosted by our legislative and compliance experts on 11 September 2025 at 10:00-14:00 in DZP’s Warsaw office (Rondo ONZ 1, 22nd floor).\nThe conference is a response to our clients’ growing interest in upcoming regulatory changes in the area of anti-corruption:\n\nWe will talk about how the legal environment for business could be impacted by the proposed Anti-Corruption Directive, the announced reform of Polish criminal law and the abolition of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau.\nWe will discuss management responsibility, the role of whistleblowers in the fight against corruption, the ESG context and the practical functioning of anti-corruption systems.\nThe invited experts, practitioners and researchers will talk about regulatory trends, foreign models, European Union plans and good market practices in the area of compliance and anti-corruption.\n\n⭐ The event is to feature Michel Sapin, former French minister and author of the French anti-corruption law “SAPIN II”, regarded as a global benchmark.\nThe French Ambassador will also be a guest at the conference.\nThe event will be held in Polish.
