With Parliament now sitting in September, the new law could be passed any day.\nOnce the law is enacted, employers will have to quickly adjust to the new rules. Expected changes include the Polish implementation of the EU work-life-balance and transparent and predictable working conditions directives, and the introduction of new sobriety testing and remote work provisions. It is also expected that employers will no longer be permitted to terminate fixed-term contracts for convenience.\nWho is the webinar for?\nAnyone who works in HR, including: members of HR, Comp&Ben, legal or compliance departments; and managers.
