The products and systems in our range address a diverse spectrum of construction needs, encompassing sealing, bonding, thermal insulation, resin flooring, passive fire protection, waterproofing, and wall construction technologies.<\/p><p>We have been operating on the Polish market for over 30 years, and are experts in our respective fields, providing comprehensive services, support and technical advice at every stage of a project related to our products and systems.<\/p><p>When the durability is considered, the solutions offered by our company include <strong>Flowcrete<\/strong> resin floors that protect the concrete substrate and structural elements (bottom slabs and ceilings of intermediate floors) against potentially destructive external factors. For example, Deckshield polyurethane car park deck coating, which has very good crack-bridging abilities, protects the concrete substrate against water ingress, which could cause corrosion of the reinforcement \u2013 crucial for the structure&#8217;s durability.<\/p><p>There are also other technologies which contribute to improving the <strong>energy efficiency<\/strong> of buildings, such as <strong>illbruck<\/strong> products for sealing and bonding window, door and fa\u00e7ade joints, used in energy-saving and passive construction and <strong>Dryvit\u2019s<\/strong> External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems (ETICS), reducing heat loss in winter and overheating in summer.<\/p><p>The examples of projects featuring a range of solutions from Tremco CPG include: the Osiedle Korczaka housing estate, the Stacja Kopernik development in Cz\u0119stochowa, and the unique Streetstore showroom in Olomouc, in the Czech Republic.<\/p><p>The<strong> Osiedle Korczaka <\/strong>housing estate, developed in Katowice by PFR Nieruchomo\u015bci in collaboration with the local authorities, comprises 524 rental apartments. This unique project, designed by the renowned architectural firm Kury\u0142owicz+Architekci, is characterised by low-rise, block-style buildings featuring communal spaces. The estate has been carefully designed to meet high standards of energy efficiency, durability and aesthetics. The development utilises innovative solutions manufactured and supplied by Tremco CPG, such as Dryvit\u2019s external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS) and decorative finishes, Flowcrete resin flooring, and illbruck sealant for windows and doors.<\/p><p>The <strong>Stacja Kopernik<\/strong> apartment building was developed by Trust Investment in Cz\u0119stochowa. This unique project, designed by 4IDEA Biuro Projektowe and inspired by a 19th-century townhouse, incorporates numerous modern construction solutions and technologies. The dark-coloured fa\u00e7ade, made using high-quality external wall thermal insulation systems and Dryvit finishing materials, gives the development an elegant appearance. The project also incorporates other solutions manufactured by Tremco CPG Poland, such as expansion tapes and sealants from illbruck, an expert in sealing and bonding solutions for windows, doors and fa\u00e7ades in energy-efficient and passive buildings.<\/p><p><strong>Streetstore<\/strong> is a Czech retailer specialising in outdoor equipment and an authorised distributor of Oakley sunglasses. To stand out from other similar shops and attract young, active, adventure-seeking customers, Streetstore decided to create a unique streetwear-inspired showroom in Olomouc, built from shipping containers.
